He’s also a vampire, just to drive home the message.

Destruction of Tokyo and the deaths of countless people, including children and innocents? It is very vital for his strategy to succeed in achieving what he need as Emperor.
He’s a complete scumbag.
But Lelouch is also a brilliantly bright and fascinating character who grows in importance as the book progresses. “Developed” in the sense that he deteriorates, but that is still development!
Shougo Makashima is number four.
Psycho-Pass is a Japanese anime series.
Shougo is the most violent type of liberator. He is hyper-intelligent, a brilliant warrior, and the world’s savior (that last one is in his own imagination).
However, his battle to “liberate” the people from the Sibyl System is mostly motivated by his own selfish vision of humanity.
And what was his way of liberation?
Let’s just say it’s a touch too chaotic to be entirely successful.
If only Shougo’s resolve had taken him down a different road. If he’d chosen to be an ice cream guy or anything, there would have been a lot less death and ruin in his wake.
Johan Liebert is number three on the list.
Monster Anime
You’d be excused for believing Johan Liebert was anything but a model citizen since he’s so attractive, personable, and engaging.
That is also what everyone on the program believes.
Which makes Johan’s manipulation and subsequent murder of them all the easier.
It’s a marvel Johan has gotten away with it for as long as he has, given his penchant for savagery.
But he’s mastered the art of putting on a show. And, although he does go after certain bad guys later in the film as part of his schemes, Johan isn’t a nice man by any sense of the imagination.
Nui Harime is number two.
Kill la Kill is a Japanese anime series.
She is not a cute little youngster.
Because Nui Harime is a sick and twisted little creature.
Let’s face it, any small kid who kills her own father is going to raise some eyebrows right away.
However, violence is so engrained in her character that it begins to weary her after a short time, and she loses her childish, lighthearted exterior, revealing the aggressive and deadly murderer underneath.
So keep your guard up while you’re around Nui Harime. You won’t be around long enough to regret it.
Griffith, No. 1
Berserk is a Japanese anime series.
Griffith seemed to have it all.
He was about as near to the top as it gets, a rescuer, a survivor of innumerable fights, and adored by everybody.
None of it, however, could compare to the dream he had pursued – the one he kept in his heart even as he was tortured to death.
Does he exhibit sorrow when faced with all the death that has followed in his wake while pursuing his dream? No.
He thinks that stopping now would mean giving up all he has worked for.
And, without exception, everyone who loved him is slain.
